apple tree yoga started life in early 2016 when school teacher and yoga enthusiast Cindi Halloren began using yoga elements in her day to day classes.

 

This quickly mushroomed into scheduled classes for adults and teens including Hot Yoga , Yin Yoga and more traditional Hatha-based sessions

Now based in the heart of Southwick, appletree offer a variety of regular small group classes in their intimate garden studio, which can be heated as required for the full Hot Yoga experience.

Cindi is a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher of adult yoga, running Hot Yoga, Hatha and Yin classes at locations across Sussex as well as offering private one to one and small group yoga in your own space if you can't make it to our studio.
